Jim Verner arrived at 11 am this day, 28 December 2024 to measure the root growth of three different fertilizer tests:
- Organic soy pellets mixed with gypsum and watered in,
- 50 ml nitrogen calcium mixed with one cup water and watered in,
- 75 ml nitrogen calcium mixed with one cup water and watered in.
Best results were with 75 ml nitrogen calcium and watered in. The 75 ml sample shows the most root hair growth.

This is the first grow site and plant breeding site. Expansion is under way to have a stock of four thousand (4,000) growing opuntia ficus indica and other varieties.
Our main goal here is to create hard freeze resistant stock and to open a nursery (wholesale and retail).
