A lot has been happening:

  1. Final pole drug into place and buried.
  2. Electric fence wire extended onto that pole to treated 4x6.
  3. Barbed wire removed from T-posts.
  4. Unbarbed wire strung around poles at 24", 36" and 48".
  5. Twelve foot gate hung on pole nearest garage.
  6. 3/4" water pipe stub dug up and extended about 25' towards the south so it could service the middle of the entire patch.
  7. Stub extended 10' into driveway for later trenching and extension to the center circle.
  8. Regular white PVC 1/2" painted gray and installed on southwest column.
  9. Long stretch of Romex stripped and black wire extended from Zareba 2 mile fence charger to gate pole and then to the rest of the fence with 17 gauge aluminum wire.
  10. Rototilled and planted an east-west line of watermelon and cantaloupe.
  11. Installed white trellis and supported it with existing T-post and two others I removed from pole barn enclosure.
  12. Planted bitter melon at south base of trellis.
  13. Rototilled patch south of easternmost honey locust and planted while heirloom wheat.
  14. Added a wire trellis on a north-south direction to the white trellis.
  15. Planted asparagus where the garlic died.
  16. Trimmed down hand truck axle housing to get new solid wheels on.
  17. Cleaned mud from last rain off truck.
  18. Looks like nigela sativa is trying to sprout.

I have more sorghum on order and some other seeds that will be planted in this westernmost section of the enclosed garden.
