- Limited watering due to high winds (I estimate gusts to 30 MPH).
Observations:
- Cactus on the eastern boundary (including swales) are putting out pad buds. All of this activity is no closer than one hundred feet to the central large pyramid. In other words, cactus that are 100' east of the big pyramid are budding. I have not seen actual budding anywhere else, though garden plants are sprouting and they are 150' northwest of the large pyramid and 20' west of the wellhead pyramid.

This is the first grow site and plant breeding site. Expansion is under way to have a stock of four thousand (4,000) growing opuntia ficus indica and other varieties.
Our main goal here is to create hard freeze resistant stock and to open a nursery (wholesale and retail).
