Work Done:
- Brief watering of clover in the field.
- Planted leeks and kale in the grow bed.
- Removed more weeds from backyard garden.
- Watered sweet potato and cactus number one in backyard.
Observations:
- Small patch of sorghum still survives between swales 1, 2 and 3.
- Sunflowers still alive.

This is the first grow site and plant breeding site. Expansion is under way to have a stock of four thousand (4,000) growing opuntia ficus indica and other varieties.
Our main goal here is to create hard freeze resistant stock and to open a nursery (wholesale and retail).
