- Started rebuild of chicken coop enclosure, closing gaps, installing wooden supports.
- Moringa trees still going strong, no signs of cold damage.
- Tips of mulberry trees are sprouting, even though all other leaves are gone.
- Field volunteer tomatoes are still alive.
- Huazontle, sorghum and sunflowers still alive and growing.
- Cactus appear to be in good condition.
- Most watermelon vines are finished, except one near the house.
- Sweet potato vine still alive.
- Sugar cane still alive and green.
- Pomegranate turning yellow, going dormant.
- Pecan trees still green, no indication of losing leaves.

This is the first grow site and plant breeding site. Expansion is under way to have a stock of four thousand (4,000) growing opuntia ficus indica and other varieties.
Our main goal here is to create hard freeze resistant stock and to open a nursery (wholesale and retail).
