- Swale #24 was completed today, located about sixty feet north of the wellhead. It is the standard 638 square foot semicircle about forty feet in diameter. A straight feeder swale is planned to deliver water from the northern boundary.
- Three additional pipes were added to climate control. Heavy spraying appeared over the valley, which was beginning to form clouds but was dispersed within two hours.
- Tomato plants, huazontle, sunflowers and to a lesser degree sorghum in the field continue to survive cold nights at or below freezing. Wild fennel in swale #5 are sprouting.
- Mesquite (prosopis velutina) still have not dropped their leaves in spite of cold nights.
- All varieties of cactus appear to be in good health
- Moringa trees are still alive and holding their leaves.
- Most melons have died back, but some in the rear garden are hanging on.
- Harvested tepary beans.
- Dispersed wild fennel over swale #18 on southern boundary.
- No eggs from hens.
