Work done:
- Planted flaming red amaranth in swale #11.
- Removed another stump near swale #11.
- Weeding on north side, clearing swales for future crops.
- Watering as needed.
- More Mikrobs on the apricot. Something ate the small growth near the graft.
Observations:
- Egyptian walking onions continue to grow.
- Texas onions are sprouting.
- Most of the sorghum is sprouting.
- Persimmon tree is sprouting more leaves.

This is the first grow site and plant breeding site. Expansion is under way to have a stock of four thousand (4,000) growing opuntia ficus indica and other varieties.
Our main goal here is to create hard freeze resistant stock and to open a nursery (wholesale and retail).
